I am excited to share my personal journey with you. My name is Souzana Theodoridou, and I have had an exhilarating career in the startup world.
It all began with my passion for innovation and entrepreneurship, which led me to co-found two companies—a travel startup that aimed to revolutionize the way people discover and book travel experiences, and a copywriting agency that provided creative SEO & copy solutions to businesses.
My experiences as a founder taught me valuable lessons about the challenges and joys of building a business from the ground up. Throughout my journey, I became deeply involved in the startup ecosystem, and my enthusiasm for supporting new ventures led me to a role as the Startup Program Manager at Microsoft. During my time there, I had the privilege of working with brilliant minds and helping shape the future of numerous promising startups.
After my tenure at Microsoft, I took on the role of Managing Director at Startup Pathways, where I am driven by a mission to empower aspiring entrepreneurs and provide them with the knowledge, resources, and mentorship necessary for their success. I believe that every startup deserves a fair chance to flourish, and I am committed to nurturing the potential of the next generation of trailblazers.
